The document also clarifies that field staff will continue to perform their official duties during the winter vacation period and will not be exempt from assigned responsibilities.
The notification was issued from Lahore and circulated to deputy commissioners, chief executive officers of district education authorities, district education officers for literacy, and senior officials of the literacy and non-formal education department for information and implementation.
The decision follows ongoing cold weather conditions affecting several parts of the province and aims to ensure continuity of administrative work while temporarily suspending classroom activities in the non-formal education sector.
