The 21st International Cholistan Desert Jeep Rally has been rescheduled and will now be held from February 11 to February 15, 2026.
The event will take place across the districts of Bahawalpur, Bahawalnagar, and Rahim Yar Khan.
Earlier, the rally was scheduled to be held from February 4 to February 8, 2026, in the Cholistan Desert.
According to a notification issued by the Punjab Tourism Development Corporation (PTDC), the revised schedule begins with the inaugural ceremony in Bahawalpur on February 10.
The registration and inspection of participating vehicles and drivers will take place in Bahawalpur on February 11, followed by a driver’s conference on the same day.
On February 12, the qualifying round of the rally will be held at Dilwash Stadium near Derawar Fort in Cholistan.
The first round of the rally, featuring both male and female drivers, will be conducted on February 13. The stock category race and a cultural night are scheduled for February 14.
The second round, also comprising men and women drivers, will be held on February 15, along with a dirt bike race.
The prize distribution ceremony will take place on the same night, according to the notification.
