The newly elected Board of Directors of D.M. Corporation Limited (PSX: DMC) held its first meeting on Monday, during which key leadership appointments and committee formations were approved unanimously.
Mian Habib Ullah was elected Chairman of the Board for a three-year term starting February 1, 2026, while Sami Ullah was appointed Chief Executive Officer for a three-year term effective the same date.
The board also constituted its Audit Committee, appointing Farooq Advani as Chairman, an independent director.
Amer Zeb and Riffat Habib were named as members of the committee in their capacity as non-executive directors.
In addition, the Human Resource and Remuneration Committee was formed, with Shahid Anwar appointed as Chairman, also an independent director.
Amer Zeb was named as a member in his role as a non-executive director, while Sami Ullah will serve on the committee as an executive director.
