The Sindh government has started preparations to introduce a Youth Card aimed at providing educational, employment, and sports opportunities to young people across the province.
The decision was discussed in a meeting held at the Sindh Secretariat under the chairmanship of Sports and Youth Affairs Minister Sardar Muhammad Bakhsh Mahar, where officials directed the Sports Department to prepare a comprehensive implementation framework.
Senior officials, including Sports Secretary Manzoor Ali Mahesar and other department representatives, attended the meeting and briefed participants on initial plans for the initiative.
Minister Mahar instructed authorities to design the program in a way that maximizes benefits for the youth population.
He added that, on the special instructions of PPP Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, the Sindh Youth Card is expected to be launched before June this year.
The Youth Card program aims to provide young people with access to education support, skills training, employment opportunities, scholarships, and sports facilities across the province.
