NADRA Launches Mobile Registration Drive for Overseas Pakistanis in UAE

The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) has announced a new facility for Pakistani nationals residing in the United Arab Emirates.

In a social media statement, NADRA said its Mobile Registration Team, accompanied by the Pakistan Consulate team, will visit Ras Al Khaimah to provide services to the Pakistani community.

Pakistani citizens living in Ras Al Khaimah will be able to apply for new identification documents, renew existing documents, or request modifications and corrections.

The mobile registration service will be available on Sunday, February 15, 2026, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the Pakistan Center in Ras Al Khaimah. Citizens can visit the center during these hours to access the services.

In addition, overseas Pakistanis who wish to apply for a NICOP or other identification documents, or seek renewal or modification, are encouraged to use the Pak ID mobile app. They may also visit the Pakistani consulates in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. When traveling to Pakistan, they can visit a NADRA office for identification-related services.

NADRA stated that citizens who use the Pak ID app do not have to stand in lines or wait, as all services are available directly through their mobile phones.

Earlier, NADRA has also introduced a new online identity verification system called “Nishan-e-Pakistan,” aimed at modernizing the verification process.

The newly introduced facility will also allow government institutions and regulated private sector organizations to access secure and authenticated verification services through a single digital portal.

Registration, subscription, and access procedures will now be completed online, eliminating lengthy paperwork and repeated approvals.
