The Punjab Safe Cities Authority has introduced a modern online complaint tracking system to facilitate citizens and enhance transparency in legal procedures.

The new system applies to complaints received through the authority’s 15 emergency helplines. Citizens can now monitor the progress of their registered complaints from home.

Citizens can log into the online portal using their username and password to check the current status of their complaint. They will also be able to download a copy of the FIR.

Special Facility for Women

The system is integrated with the Virtual Women Police Station, providing women with the opportunity to seek legal guidance and follow up on complaints from home.

Officials said officers will remain in continuous contact with affected women during the complaint process to ensure timely action in case of complications or additional assistance.

Access and Contact

Citizens can check their complaint status at: https://feedback.psca.gop.pk

For assistance from the Virtual Women Police Station, citizens can call the helpline 15 and press 2. Officials will provide updates at every stage of the complaint process to maintain transparency and public trust.
