FBR Shares New Property Rates for Plots, Farms in Naval Anchorage Islamabad

The Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) has expanded the scope of valuation of farm houses, and residential and commercial immovable properties in Naval Anchorage located at Islamabad Capital Territory.

The FBR has issued an SRO.332(I)/2026 to amend SRO.163(I)/2026 relating to the values of immovable properties in Naval Anchorage.

Under the revised valuation system, the values of residential open plots with possession in Naval Anchorage have been fixed at Rs. 20,000 per sq yard.

The values of residential open plots without possession in Naval Anchorage have been fixed at Rs. 8,000 per sq yard.

The values of commercial open plots with possession in this society have been fixed at Rs. 13,774 per sq yard.

The values of commercial open plots without possession in the said area have been fixed at Rs. 8,000 per sq yards.

The FBR has also revised the values of Agro/Poultry/Vegetable Farm (Value Per Kanal/500 Square Yards).

The values of Naval Farms with possession would be determined on the basis of the value of Rs. 2,000,000 (Value Per Kanal/500 Square Yards).

The value of Naval Farms without possession has been fixed at Rs. 800,000 (Value Per Kanal/500 Square Yards).
