Emirates has issued a statement confirming that it is currently operating a reduced flight schedule until further notice following the partial reopening of regional airspace to allow the safe operation of commercial flights.
According to the airline, more than 100 flights will depart from and return to Dubai on March 5 and 6, carrying passengers to their final destinations as well as essential cargo such as perishables and pharmaceutical supplies.
Emirates stated that it will gradually restore its flight schedule depending on airspace availability and operational requirements, emphasizing that safety remains its top priority.
The airline added that it is continuously monitoring the situation and will adapt its operations as necessary.
For the time being, Emirates has advised customers to only proceed to the airport if they have a confirmed booking and urged passengers to check the airline’s official website and social media channels for the latest updates and travel information.
