Poco has confirmed the processors that will power its upcoming X Pro series smartphones, as the company prepares to introduce the new lineup. The brand recently began teasing the devices and even referenced Samsung’s Galaxy S26 series in its promotional posts.
In a post on X, Poco revealed that the forthcoming X Pro series models will be equipped with MediaTek’s Dimensity 8500 and Dimensity 9500s chipsets.

Expected Models
Although Poco has not officially disclosed the device names, the lineup is widely expected to include the Poco X8 Pro and Poco X8 Pro Max. Based on current reports, the Poco X8 Pro is tipped to feature the Dimensity 8500 processor, while the Poco X8 Pro Max is likely to run on the Dimensity 9500S system-on-chip.
Possible Redmi Rebranding
The Poco X8 Pro series is expected to be based on the Redmi Turbo 5 series, which debuted in China last month. However, reports indicate that the Poco-branded versions may launch with smaller battery capacities compared to their Redmi counterparts.
