LG has introduced the UltraGear Evo 52G930B gaming monitor in China. The model was first presented earlier this year at CES 2026 as part of LG’s latest UltraGear lineup. The monitor is priced at approximately $2,170.
Display and Performance
The UltraGear Evo 52G930B features a 51.6-inch ultrawide display with a 21:9 aspect ratio and a 5K2K resolution of 5120 × 2160. The screen has a 1000R curvature designed to enhance immersion for gaming and content work.
It uses an HVA panel that delivers deep blacks and a 4000:1 contrast ratio. The monitor supports VESA DisplayHDR 600 with peak brightness reaching 600 nits. It also offers 10-bit color depth and 95% coverage of the DCI-P3 color gamut.
For gaming, the display supports a 240Hz refresh rate and a 1ms gray-to-gray response time to reduce motion blur. AMD FreeSync support is included to minimize screen tearing.
Connectivity and Features
The monitor provides DisplayPort 2.1, two HDMI 2.1 ports, and a USB-C port with 90W power delivery. It also includes two USB-A ports with KVM support, a 3.5mm audio jack, and dual 10W built-in stereo speakers.
The stand supports height, tilt, and swivel adjustments and is compatible with VESA 100 × 100mm mounting. An RGB lighting strip on the rear completes the gaming-focused design.
