It delivers 450 nits of typical brightness and reaches up to 563 nits in High Brightness Mode. The touch sampling rate goes up to 180Hz.

Internals and Software
The smartphone is powered by the Unisoc T7250 chipset, featuring an octa-core CPU paired with a Mali-G57 GPU. It comes with 4GB of LPDDR4X RAM and is available in 64GB and 128GB storage variants.
The device supports dual Nano-SIM with 4G LTE connectivity but does not offer 5G. Additional connectivity options include Wi-Fi 5, Bluetooth 5.2, a USB Type-C port, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. NFC is not supported.
The Realme Note 80 runs Realme UI based on Android 15.

The phone includes an 8MP rear camera with autofocus and support for 1080p video recording at 30fps. Camera features include Night mode, Portrait mode, Panorama, Dual-view video, and up to 10x digital zoom.
On the front, it houses a 5MP camera that also supports video recording.
