Azerbaijan has announced scholarships for students from Pakistan under the Heydar Aliyev International Educational Grant Program 2026–27, offering opportunities to pursue higher education in the country.
According to the Higher Education Commission of Pakistan (HEC), the scholarship is available for Bachelor’s, Master’s, and PhD programs at Azerbaijani universities.
Scholarship Benefits
The program provides several benefits for selected students, including:
- Full tuition fee coverage
- One international flight per year
- Monthly stipend of 800 AZN for accommodation, meals, and utilities
- Medical insurance worth 200 AZN
- Visa and registration fee coverage
Application Deadline
Pakistani students interested in applying must submit their applications by March 20, 2026 (4:00 PM) through the HEC scholarship portal.

The initiative aims to strengthen educational cooperation between Azerbaijan and Pakistan while providing international study opportunities for Pakistani students.
