Zuma Resources Limited (PSX: ZUMA) has approved a strategic partnership with Telna North America Inc to expand its telecommunications and digital connectivity services internationally.
In a disclosure to the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the company said its board approved entering into a collaboration agreement with Telna to launch global eSIM and physical SIM connectivity services and support international roaming and telecom infrastructure solutions.
Telna operates a telecom connectivity platform providing mobile network services in more than 200 countries through partnerships with international telecom operators.
Zuma said the partnership could generate projected annual revenues of about $3 million to $5 million in the initial phase, subject to regulatory approvals and commercial rollout.
UK Subsidiary
The board has also approved the establishment of a wholly owned subsidiary in the United Kingdom to manage international telecom partnerships and global connectivity services. The UK entity will act as the company’s operational hub for overseas telecom initiatives and technology integration.
Zuma Resources Limited is a PSX-listed company headquartered in Lahore that was originally established in 1987 as Bilal Fibres Limited, a textile firm engaged in the manufacturing and export of yarn products.
In 2025 the company rebranded as Zuma Resources and shifted its business strategy from traditional textiles toward technology investments and partnerships in sectors such as artificial intelligence, electric vehicles, healthcare technology and e-commerce, aiming to diversify revenue streams and position itself in emerging digital industries
