The federal government has issued fresh office timings for government departments to be followed after Ramadan, with the revised schedule taking effect immediately and remaining in place until further instructions.

According to the notification, offices operating on a five-day workweek will observe timings from 8:00am to 4:00pm (Monday to Friday). Meanwhile, departments running on a six-day workweek will work from 8:00am to 3:00pm (Monday to Saturday).
In both cases, the lunch/prayer break has been set for 1:00pm to 1:30pm.
The updated timings were issued by the Establishment Division and apply across relevant federal offices after the completion of Ramadan.
