LUMHS Introduces Free Electric Buses for Students

Liaquat University of Medical and Health Sciences has started an electric bus service at its campus in Jamshoro.

Vice Chancellor Prof Dr Ikram Din Ujjan said the buses will provide transport for students within the campus.

He said the service is intended to make travel easier for students and reduce their expenses. The buses will also help manage traffic inside the university.

The university administration said it is taking steps to improve student facilities, and the bus service is part of these efforts.

Students who attended the launch said the service would help reduce their daily travel costs and make it easier to move around the campus.

  • Slight misinformation right there; they’ve launched electric “shuttles”, not “buses”.

  • There are only two and half vehicles not big buses as shown in image. And timing isn’t known yet how will run it lets see. Should have done better with more vehicles.

  • Another fraudulent news by a fraudulent government

There is no such thing called free in a country like Pakistan
