Pakistan Railways has imposed a ban on filming and photography within its premises, introducing strict new regulations that affect journalists, vloggers, bloggers, content creators, and social media influencers.
Under the new rules, individuals are strictly prohibited from entering railway operational areas, infrastructure zones, or any restricted locations for filming or photography without prior written permission.
According to the policy, anyone wishing to take photographs or record videos must obtain official approval in advance from Railway Headquarters.
Railway authorities have also warned that employees who assist unauthorized individuals in such activities will face strict departmental action.
Officials further stated that any violation of these directives will result in legal proceedings under the relevant laws of Pakistan.
