The Federal Government Employees Housing Authority (FGEHA) has extended the deadline for submission of the third installment for allottees of Sectors F-14 and F-15 by 15 days, giving members more time to make their payments without facing any surcharge.
According to the authority, the earlier deadline was April 30, but allottees can now submit the installment by May 15.
The extension has been presented as a relief measure for members of the housing scheme, particularly those who were unable to meet the previous deadline.
An FGEHA spokesperson said the decision was taken to facilitate allottees and provide maximum convenience to members who had requested more time for payment.
The spokesperson said the authority had received requests from members and decided to extend the deadline in response. He added that the move reflects the authority’s focus on easing difficulties for allottees.
At the same time, members have been urged to deposit their dues within the revised timeline to avoid late payment charges and other inconvenience once the new deadline expires.
The authority also stressed that timely payments are important for keeping development work on track and ensuring the project moves forward without disruption. Officials said continued payment by allottees is necessary for smooth progress in the sectors.
FGEHA is currently carrying out development work in multiple residential sectors as part of its broader effort to provide housing facilities to federal government employees and other registered members.
