Another AS Level Paper Allegedly Leaked in Pakistan

Recent allegations of leaked Cambridge examination papers have resurfaced after students claimed that an AS-Level Mathematics paper held on Tuesday matched a solved paper circulating on social media a day earlier.

Cambridge International Education, a division of Cambridge University Press & Assessment, said it investigates all claims related to paper leaks but does not comment on individual cases.

A Cambridge spokesperson stated that the board takes such concerns seriously and informs schools if a genuine issue is identified.

The spokesperson also urged students and the public to rely only on official statements and avoid spreading misinformation.

The latest controversy follows similar allegations surrounding the AS-Level Mathematics paper (9709/12) conducted on April 29. After an investigation, Cambridge announced that the claims had merit and scheduled a replacement examination for June 9.

Fresh concerns have also emerged regarding an alleged leak of an A-Level Business paper earlier this week.

Last year, Cambridge confirmed that portions of three AS and A-Level papers in Pakistan had been leaked before the scheduled exam dates.

The affected papers included AS/A-Level Mathematics Paper 12, Mathematics Paper 42, and Computer Science Paper 22.

Following the 2025 leaks, Cambridge offered free November resits to impacted students.

Cambridge exams are conducted twice annually, in June and November, with results released in August and January.
