Oppo has shared more details about the upcoming Reno16 series ahead of its launch in China.
The Reno16 and Reno16 Pro are already available for pre-order in the country. Oppo has also previously shown the design of both phones.
Triple Rear Camera Setup
The company has now confirmed the camera specifications of the Reno16 series. The phones will feature a triple rear camera setup led by a 200MP primary sensor. The setup will also include a 50MP periscope telephoto camera and a 50MP ultrawide camera. On the front, the Reno16 series will offer a 50MP ultrawide selfie camera.
Camera Hardware May Differ
Oppo has not revealed the exact sensors used in the Reno16 and Reno16 Pro.
However, the fine print in the teaser mentions that the camera hardware may differ between the two models.
Reno16 Pro Rumored Specs
Recent rumors suggest that the Reno16 Pro will feature a 6.78-inch LTPO display.
The phone is also expected to use a Dimensity 9500s chipset. It is said to pack a 7,000mAh battery and come with a metal frame.
Standard Reno16 Expected Specs
The standard Reno16 is tipped to feature a 6.3-inch display. It is also expected to use a Dimensity 8000 series chipset.
Oppo has not yet confirmed the full specifications or pricing of the Reno 16 series.
