Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited has finalized its gas supply plan for Eid ul Azha, promising 18 hours of gas availability on all three days of the festival.
According to the schedule, consumers in all districts under the company’s network will receive gas with normal pressure during Eid.
On the first day of Eid, gas will be supplied from 5am to 11pm. On the second and third days, supply will remain available from 6am to 11pm.
The company has also decided to continue gas supply until 12am on the day before Eid.
The company will also continue gas supply until midnight on Chaand Raat. The new Eid schedule will take effect from 26 May, 2026.
Meanwhile, Sui Southern has announced limited relief for Karachi ahead of Eid. The company said there will be no gas shutdown during Sehri hours on May 26 in connection with the Day of Arafat, with supply to remain available from 3am to support households preparing meals.
However, the regular load-shedding schedule will resume from 10am the same day. The temporary relief applies only to Sehri hours.
Sources also said Karachi may continue to face gas load shedding during Eid ul Azha as well, although Sui Southern has not yet issued a formal Eid gas schedule for the city.
