On May 24, the China–Pakistan B2B Investment Summit was held in Hangzhou. Haige Communications (Stock Code: 002465) attended the summit and successfully signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Pakistan’s National Telecommunication Corporation (NTC).
This marks a new chapter in comprehensive strategic cooperation between the two sides in communications, information technology, and digital infrastructure, injecting new momentum into the high-quality development of the Belt and Road Initiative.
As a major economic and trade event commemorating the 75th anniversary of China–Pakistan diplomatic relations, the summit brought together more than 2,500 enterprises from both countries, covering key sectors such as artificial intelligence, communications infrastructure, digital finance, energy storage technology, cross-border e-commerce, gaming and animation, and smart agriculture. Pakistan’s Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif delivered a keynote speech; Liu Jie, Deputy Secretary of the Zhejiang Provincial Party Committee and Governor of Zhejiang Province, attended and addressed the event.
The two sides witnessed the signing of multiple key cooperation documents, strongly boosting bilateral economic, trade, and industrial cooperation. During the summit, Haige Communications officially signed the MOU with Pakistan’s National Telecommunication Corporation (NTC).
Pakistan’s National Telecommunication Corporation (NTC) is a core telecommunications and ICT service agency directly under the Federal Government of Pakistan. It undertakes critical communications support for government departments, defense projects, and public institutions, and is a key player in Pakistan’s digital infrastructure development and information security. Haige Communications is a leading enterprise in full-band wireless communications and Beidou navigation equipment with a complete industrial chain layout.
It boasts end-to-end independent controllability covering “chips – modules – terminals – systems – operations”. In recent years, the company has made forward-looking investments in satellite internet, the low-altitude economy, embodied intelligence, intelligent unmanned platforms, chips, 6G, and other fields. Its products and solutions are widely applied in national defense, the low-altitude economy, emergency communications, smart government, and other key scenarios. This cooperation lays a solid foundation for the joint implementation of projects in Pakistan by Haige Communications, NTC, and Daillog Broadband, and represents a crucial step in Haige’s deepening presence in Asia and accelerating its global expansion.
Going forward, building on this cooperation, Haige Communications will continue to leverage its strengths in technology, products, and the full industrial chain, deepen practical cooperation with Pakistan and other Belt and Road countries, empower digital infrastructure and industrial upgrading with advanced communications and navigation technologies, and contribute more significantly to China–Pakistan economic, trade, and scientific and technological innovation exchanges
