In Islamabad and adjoining areas, weather is expected to remain very hot during the day, while strong winds, thunderstorms and rain are likely during the night.

Most districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa are also expected to experience hot and dry weather, with severe heat likely in southern districts. However, rain may occur at isolated places including Chitral, Dir, Swat, Abbottabad, Kohat, Peshawar and Malakand.

Meanwhile, a severe heatwave is expected to continue across most districts of Sindh, while weather conditions in most parts of Balochistan are likely to remain hot and dry.

Weather experts have advised citizens to take precautionary measures during the ongoing heatwave, warning that extreme temperatures could seriously affect human health.
