The Pakistan Telecommunication Authority generated approximately $509.6 million from the country’s 5G spectrum auction, according to the Pakistan Economic Survey released today.
The amount is equal to around Rs. 142.6 billion.
PTA conducted the 5G spectrum auction on 10 March 2026.
The revenue came from the sale of radio frequency spectrum licenses to telecom operators.
The Economic Survey stated that the auction generated revenue through the sale of 5G spectrum licenses.
The figure shows the amount collected from telecom operators for access to the radio frequency spectrum needed for 5G services.
