Lahore Ring Road to Get Service Areas at Six Locations

The Lahore Ring Road Authority (LRRA) has decided to establish service areas at multiple locations along the Lahore Ring Road and has invited applications from experienced firms and companies for their development and operation.

According to the authority, around 10 kanals of land has been allocated for each service area at six locations, including Bahria Town, DHA, Haloki and Shafiqpura.

The service areas are expected to include food courts, fuel stations, parking facilities, rest areas and other amenities for commuters and passengers. LRRA said the service areas will be leased for 20 years, with the successful operator having the option of extending the lease by a further 25 years.
