ZTBL Announces Multiple Jobs for Banking Professionals

Zarai Taraqiati Bank Limited (ZTBL) has announced multiple career opportunities for experienced professionals in audit, data analytics, database administration, quality assurance, and investigation.

According to the advertisement, ZTBL is inviting applications from energetic and challenge-oriented professionals who have relevant banking or financial sector experience. The bank has announced a total of 18 positions, including Senior Auditor/Audit Team Lead, Financial Data Analyst, Senior Data Analyst/DBA, Internal Auditor Quality Assurance Analyst, Audit Team Member, and Investigator/Inquiry Officer.

ZTBL is an AAA-rated specialized financial institution with a network of more than 500 branches across Pakistan. The latest hiring drive is aimed at bringing in professionals who can support the bank’s audit, risk, compliance, data review, and internal control functions.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates applying for AVP or AVP-I level positions must have up to 8 years of relevant experience in banks or financial institutions. For OG-I level positions, applicants must have at least 5 years of relevant experience.

Applicants should have a minimum Bachelor’s degree from an HEC-recognized institute or university. Preference will be given to candidates with a strong understanding of banking processes, audit planning, internal controls, compliance, risk assessment, data analysis, database management, or investigation work, depending on the position.

Experience Required

For senior audit and data-related positions, ZTBL is looking for candidates with experience in internal audit, banking controls, financial analysis, audit reporting, data analytics, and risk review.

For the Senior Data Analyst/DBA post, preference will be given to candidates with experience in database performance tuning, query optimization, troubleshooting, backup and disaster recovery, and database management systems such as Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.

For Investigator/Inquiry Officer, candidates with experience in inquiries, investigations, complaint examination, fact-finding assignments, audits, inspections, and compliance reviews will be preferred.
