The Islamabad administration has stepped up action against open pits and uncovered holes across the city and has asked residents to report dangerous spots immediately to help prevent accidents.
Officials said operations are continuing in different areas to identify and address such hazards, which pose risks to pedestrians, motorists, and residents.
Citizens have been urged to report any open pit or uncovered hole they come across by calling 051-9108084 without delay. According to the administration, timely reporting will allow authorities to respond quickly and remove potential dangers before any incident occurs.
The administration said public cooperation is essential in making roads, streets, and public spaces safer. Officials added that citizen input can help identify locations that may otherwise go unnoticed and lead to accidents.
Residents have been asked to remain vigilant and play their role in highlighting hazardous sites across the capital.
The administration also thanked citizens for their cooperation and urged them to continue reporting such issues whenever they are observed.
