Gold prices again fell sharply in Pakistan on Wednesday in line with international rates which also recorded another big drop during the third session of the week.
According to the All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewelers Association, the price of gold per tola in Pakistan decreased by Rs. 5,200 to Rs. 419,636.
The price of 10 grams of gold also fell by Rs. 4,458 to settle at Rs. 359,770.
Gold prices fell by Rs. 4,100 to close at Rs. 424,836 per tola on Tuesday.
In the international market, gold prices lost $52 to settle at $3,972 per ounce.
Silver also decreased in value on the same day. It lost Rs. 107 to settle at Rs. 6,242 per tola on Wednesday.
