The Capital Development Authority (CDA) has announced a fresh round of transfers and postings across several departments following the approval of Chairman Suhail Ashraf as part of an administrative reshuffle within the civic body.
According to a notification issued with the approval of the CDA Member Administration, Grade-19 officer Malik Azhar has been transferred from Director Solid Waste to Director Administration. Grade-18 officer Ali Murtaza has been posted as Director Waste Management after serving as Deputy Director Waste Management.
The notification also transfers Grade-17 officer Idrees Anjum from Deputy Director Environment Urban-II to Deputy Director Administration, while Liaqat Hayat has been moved from Assistant Director DMA to Assistant Director Administration.
Among other changes, Badr Maqsood, who had been awaiting posting, has been appointed as Assistant Director Transport, while Assistant Director Transport Abdul Rahim has been directed to report to the Human Resource Directorate (HRD). The services of a Grade-16 Sanitary Inspector awaiting posting have also been placed at the disposal of the Metropolitan Corporation Islamabad (MCI).
The reshuffle further includes the transfer of Irfan Khan as Deputy Director Estate Management-II and Aqeel Zardari as Deputy Director Coordination. Assistant Director Karamatullah has been moved from Coordination to Estate Management-II, while Hina Abrar has been transferred from Estate Management-II to Coordination. Junior Assistant Rizwan Yousaf has been posted to Estate Management-I.
The notification directs all officers and employees concerned to relinquish their existing charges immediately, assume their new assignments without delay, and submit charge relinquishment and joining reports to the Human Resource Directorate after completing the transfer process.
