Jayant Kumar, a student of Karachi Grammar School, has won the Global Champion title at the Harvard Crimson Business Competition (HCBC), one of the world’s most prestigious pre-college business contests.
Jayant competed solo against more than 1,000 teams from around the world, many of which included up to four members. Judges from leading Fortune 500 companies evaluated the competition.

He also made history as the first Pakistani student to qualify for the Global Final of the competition before going on to win the title.
His victory highlights a major achievement for Pakistan’s student community and adds another international success story to Karachi’s academic scene.
