Gold prices reported a sudden increase in Pakistan on Saturday while international rates also recorded an increase to close the week.
According to the All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewelers Association, the price of gold per tola in Pakistan rose by Rs. 1,100 to Rs. 433,536.
The price of 10 grams of gold also jumped by Rs. 943 to settle at Rs. 371,687.
Gold prices gained by Rs. 1,400 to close at Rs. 432,436 per tola on Friday.
In the international market, gold prices gained $11 to settle at $4,111 per ounce.
Silver increased by Rs. 30 to close at Rs. 6,462 per tola on Saturday.
