The Pakistan Medical and Dental Council (PM&DC) has allowed MDCAT 2026 candidates holding Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK) domicile who were unable to register through the online portal to submit their applications in hard-copy.
According to a public notice issued on July 20, the facility is available only to AJK domicile holders who could not complete their registration through the PM&DC online registration portal.
Candidates have been asked to forward their application in hard form, along with a bank draft of Rs. 13,000 in favor of PM&DC Islamabad and all relevant documents, to the Examination Department, PM&DC Head Office, G-10/4, Mauve Area, Islamabad.
The notice states that applications should be forwarded by July 23, 2026, during office hours.
