Pakistan International Container Terminal Limited (PSX: PICT) has announced a change in control after Sea Link Group & Associates completed the acquisition of an 80.52 percent stake in the company.
In a notice submitted to the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), PICT said its Board of Directors approved the transfer of 87,893,036 shares in favor of Sea Link Group & Associates, including Euroasia Terminals (Pvt.) Limited.
The acquisition includes 87,003,949 shares transferred under a Share Purchase Agreement executed between Sea Link Group and ICTSI Limited (Bermuda), along with 889,087 shares acquired through a public tender offer.
Following the completion of the transaction on July 21, 2026, Sea Link Group & Associates now owns 80.52 percent of PICT’s issued share capital and has assumed control of the company. The relevant shares have been formally transferred to the acquirer.
The company said the transaction was approved by its board in accordance with the Securities Act, 2015, and the Pakistan Stock Exchange Rule Book.
