Sindh Property Transfer System Faces Three-Day Outage

The Sindh Revenue Department’s property transfer system remained unavailable for a third consecutive day on Wednesday due to a technical fault, disrupting thousands of property transactions across Karachi and the province.

The server outage has prevented citizens from downloading challans and completing scheduled property registrations. Officials said the online system developed a fault that blocked access to key services and delayed the transfer process.

The department said its technical staff is working to restore the system as soon as possible. However, the outage has continued to affect citizens waiting to complete property transfer procedures.

Sindh introduced the new e-transfer system earlier this year to speed up property transactions, reduce paperwork and improve public convenience. Officials said the digital platform was also designed to increase transparency and curb fraud in land dealings.
