Federal Investigation Agency has sealed two illegal factories involved in the production of counterfeit dental products and veterinary medicines during separate raids conducted in Islamabad and Rawalpindi over the past 48 hours.
The operations were carried out by the FIA’s Anti-Corruption Circle on the directives of Mohsin Naqvi and FIA Director General Dr. Usman Anwar under the supervision of FIA Islamabad Zone Director Syed Shahzad Nadeem Bukhari.
During the first raid in Sector H-13, Islamabad, FIA officials uncovered an alleged illegal manufacturing unit operating inside a residential property. Authorities said the facility was producing artificial human teeth and jaw structures without authorization.
In a separate operation in Satellite Town, Rawalpindi, FIA teams discovered another illegal factory allegedly manufacturing counterfeit veterinary medicines intended for animals.
The agency sealed both premises after the raids and launched formal criminal investigations into the suspected illegal operations. Officials said further action would follow based on the findings of the ongoing inquiries.
