Read the following instructions to find out the complete balance inquiry procedure.
- Open your mobile phone dialler.
- Dial *124# and find out your remaining balance.
- Super card users have to dial *706# to check all the usage details.
Note: If you don’t have the required balance, you can dial *456# to get Rs. 20 advance balance into your account.
Prepaid customers will be charged Rs. 4.40 (inclusive tax) for Ufone advance service. This amount will be deducted automatically whenever the customer recharges their balance.

Procedure #2
Just like other mobile network operators, Ufone has a mobile application that allows their customers to check remaining balance, subscribe to any offer, and top-up their mobile credit without any inconvenience. Android and iOS users can download the “My Ufone” app from their respective app stores. With that said, here’s how you can check your balance through the mobile app.
- Go to Google Play Store or App Store, depending on the smart device you’re using.
- Search Ufone and tap the “install” or “get” button to download the app on your device.
- Once you’ve downloaded it, launch the app.
- After launching the app, you need to create an account by tapping on the register.
- Once the account has been created, you will be able to see the remaining balance on the app’s home screen.
Note: If you’re a postpaid customer then you can check your bill amount by dialling *129# on your mobile device. A menu with the total amount and usage detail will appear on your screen.
You can dial 333 or 051-111-333-100 (if you’re calling from any other network number) to talk to Ufone customer care representative.
