The proposed runner-up came as a surprise too, as another cricket captain tailed close to Imran Khan’s votes. Cricketer-cum-philanthropist Shahid Afridi is another major Pakistani favorite.

Of course, the usual nominees like Pakistani heartthrob Fawad Khan were on the list.

Often disputed as the more ‘handsome political leader’ than Imran Khan, of course, Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) Chairman, Bilawal Bhutto made it to the list.

Plenty of good-looking Pakistanis made to the list. This includes Ali Zafar, Bilal Abbas, Feroze Khan, Imran Ashraf, Ahsan Khan, Imran Abbas, and even Babr Azam.

Even British-Pakistani singer Zyan Malik made the list.

Some unsuspected names also made the list. These aren’t men popularized as good-looking hunks but people see beauty in them that goes skin-deep.

Because there’s no denying beauty is skin deep.

Aside from some absolutely stunning-looking gentlemen, some people thought it was funny to turn this trend into a troll fest.
