This actor and designer is a famed fitness freak among his peers. The 90s heartthrob follows a restricted diet and is a regular at the gym.

You don’t look that toned by hitting the couch. Actress Mehwish Hayat proves you can just work for the body you want. The actress works out to build strength and not just her form.
Instead of heavy weights and crazy reps, this actress knows to work smart.
3. Sana Fakhar
This actress is proving that “strong, not skinny” is the new fitness goal. The actress was always on the heavier side but now that bulk is pure muscle.

Just on a random day I decided that it is not okay to carry the baggage of 25 years of my life on my shoulders every-day. Whether good or bad, I had to unwind , slow down , let go & most importantly, Address!! 2018 has been a year of inward growth for me than outward accomplishments even though I am extremely grateful for how the year has unfolded but my own health and emotions have been at the top of my priority list especially this year & been fortunate enough to make it through with a few downs & many ups.
