In the wake of heated debates and social media clashes, Rabi Pirzada has also come forward with her explanation of ‘Mera Jism Meri Marzi’.
“Mera jism mere Allah ki marzi,” she wrote on her Twitter
The recent argument between Khalil ur Rehman Qamar and Marvi Sirmed over Aurat March have ruffled feathers throughout the country. Discussing the controversial slogan ‘Mera Jism Meri Marzi’, Khalil ur Rehman Qamar flew into a rage when Marvi tried to interrupt him.
He went on to criticize her, calling names and abuses. It was the most ridiculous thing one could do after being ‘triggered’ as KRQ himself said.
This led to a lot of criticism against him. People, including celebrities, politicians and media fraternity asked him to apologize to Marvi.
I will not accept any show on @NeoTv_Network until this anchor apologises and this abusive man boycotted. If others ( men and women ) do the same when asked for shows this kind of disrespect to women may not get impunity. Women’s rights are human rights. Enough of this nonsense https://t.co/YAJlmawCXF

Rabi Presents a Religious Viewpoint
And since everyone is out and about this topic, Rabi Pirzada has also shared her thoughts on social media. She schooled KRQ for using abusive language towards a woman and reminds him that Islam does not approve of such behaviors.
Rabi talked about the matter from a religious point of view. She first gave examples about herself and how she used to live, and upon realization, changed for the better for her religion and God. She then wrote,
“Khalil Sahab it doesn’t suit a man to curse at a woman.”

She continued her disappointment and resentment in another tweet and also schooled those who are supporting the writer’s use of language.
“Those who are saying that Khalil Sahab did a great job just tell me if our Prophet ever gave us the right to curse at a non-Muslim woman.”
According to her, what he said was right, but his method was wrong.
“Whatever he said was right, but the way he said does not suit the followers of our Prophet.”
