As Reema Khan returns for another year of Ramzan transmission, she invited Iqra Aziz and Yasir Hussain for the first ‘iftar’ transmission. This marks the couple’s first television appearance since they got married in December 2019.

Though, Reema Khan did seem to miss the Ramzan transmission guidelines about limiting the number of hosts to one. The guidelines were issued by Pakistan Electronic Media Regulator Authority (PEMRA) as the regulatory body permitted Ramzan transmissions amid the COVID-19 pandemic.

Both the host and guests were also seen getting cozier than the six meters required for effective social distancing.

People in Pakistan are having a hard enough time following precautionary measures amid the COVID-29 pandemic as it is. With the government easing restrictions to prop up the economy, doctors are worried that the country will see a rise in infectins.
On the bright side, at least we get Ramzan transmissions to get us through another month in quarantine. We certainly hope our celebrities exercise greater caution.
