Hajra Yamin is a Pakistani actress who gained massive success in the entertainment industry. Her debut performance in ARY Digital’s Teri Raza was widely applauded. And in a short span of time, the 26-year-old has made her mark in showbiz. But it hasn’t been an easy journey for the Jalan actress. In an interview, she shared the story of her struggles and hardships at the beginning of her career.
The actress appeared on the show Aurat Kahani where actors indulge in open and honest conversations. She revealed that while she made her mind on moving to Karachi, her parents were against the idea.
I am in touch with my family, but we need to realize that nothing is our parents’ fault. They think from their perspective and we think from ours. There’s a clash in our perspectives and we need to find a middle ground.
The Tera Ghum Aur Hum actress further added that finding a middle ground with your parents is not easy, but things get easier afterward.
We are 5 sisters and we are a very career-oriented family. My sisters are always travelling all over the world, my mom is not worried about them. But she is worried about me because I live alone in Karachi.
The star of Baandi also said that she suspects a grievance between herself and her parents. But because of the communication gap, Hajra Yamin is not able to address it.
