Her debut performance as Dr. Sana in Syed Noor’s Sangam was a hit. And she managed to stand out amongst popular actors like Shaan, Resham, and Saleem Sheikh. The star has been a part of several Pakistani films and television shows.

 

 

Sana Fakhar’s most recent performances in famous dramas include her roles in Yateem, Saibaan, Bay Dardi, and O Rangreza. She has also been a part of popular Pakistani films like Wrong No. 2, Tum Hi To Ho, Jackpot, and Raasta.

The famous actress has also started her own YouTube channel, where she has garnered more than 62 thousand followers in less than a year. In her most recent video, the star shared her secrets of living a stress-free life.

 

 

Sana says this lifehack is only for those who want to bring a change and shared 3 rules for a stress-free life.

 

No. 1: You need a room where you can sleep peacefully. Usually people say you should sleep for 7-8 hours every night. Research says that even if you sleep for 10 hours and don’t fall sound asleep, that rest will be useless.

 

She also added that people who wish to stay fit or lose some extra pounds should focus on a peaceful sleep more than their food intake. Moving towards rule no. 2, the actress said:

 

Stop looking at your television and mobile phone screens an hour before you go to bed.

 

 

Sana also suggests that people should listen to soothing music before falling asleep. Her third rule is that people should put their alarm clocks away from their beds.

 

Whenever your alarm goes off you will have to get out of your bed to turn it off.
