Another day, another inappropriate comment by the Pakistani Prime Minister Imran Khan. Yet again the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf (PTI) chief blames the moral decline of society on a scapegoat.
At the inauguration ceremony of Al-Qadir University’s academic blocks, in Jhelum, the PM addressed the crowd. During his speech, the premier mentioned that Al-Qadir University will join hands with international scholars in order to provide a high level of education to the students.
Simultaneously, the PTI chief steered the conversation towards the inflictions of Western culture. When stressing Al-Qadir’s collabs with Western universities as a positive, that sure wasn’t a convincing argument.
PM Imran Khan even claimed that mental slavery is more dangerous than physical slavery. Going on to state that Muslims worldwide suffer from mental slavery because of colonialism. He stressed how important it is to break the shackles of slavery.
He further said that the youth were confused about Western culture. Adding how young people study Western culture and are misled by it. Even urging universities to research the ‘disastrous effects that Western culture’ on the family life in Pakistan.
Netizens are just confused by the statements. Given how Imran Khan boasted that Al-Qadir would be collaborating with foreign universities and then bashing foreign culture and blaming it for the societal decline in Pakistan.
Netizens don’t agree with a lot of what PM Imran Khan had to say. People stated how the statement was hypocritical. People did get personal.
Hasn't he offered himself first as a case study?

As well as ask the PM to get his priorities straight. As well as how the budget for research should be spent on more plaguing issues.
What about the harmful effects of leaders, Generals, Judges, bureaucracy’s double standards,life style, hypocrisy and lies on Pakistani culture, psyche, and conduct.

He’s obsessed with this. Mr. PM, please focus on educating our youth with science and math and lead our nation.

One Netizen called it a joke saying;
“The jokes write themselves”.

Another Netizen pointed out how our personal health is affected by the family system is worth a study. As well as how the traditional conservative Pakistani family system inflicts more harmful effects.

The most harmful effects on Pakistan's family system come from Pakistan's family system itself. https://t.co/XK5sU9JtaP
