Fashion week kicked off by showcasing a number of breathtaking pieces that felt inspired by the Burqa and took the internet by storm. Netizens seem to have mixed views about his collection. Some think it is pure hypocrisy while some think it is a good way to promote the positivity of the hijab.
Recently, a burka-clad Muslim woman was harassed in India as bystanders did nothing. The matter gained traction on social media and many including Malala Yousafzai condemned the incident.
