Celebrities, Mishi Khan and Maryam Nafees along with her husband and family march on towards D-Chowk in support of PTI and Imran Khan. The actress endured heavy shelling and police alongside the protesters in support of the Azadi March.
PTI leader Imran Khan’s Long March or Azadi March is picking up momentum. Thousands of people walk towards the federal capital in defiance against the “imported government”. People also had to dodge and duck heaving shelling from the police during their journey.
Celebrities like Mishi Khan and Maryam Nafees are among the sea of supporters marching on towards D-Chowk. The venue was place where Imran Khan was scheduled to address his supporters. However, due to the heavy shelling and massive restrictions, Imran Khan gave a passionate final speech to his people at Jinnah Avenue.
Actress Mishi Khan and his family were present on the scene, as she took to her social media to share clips from D-Chowk.
“D-Chowk right now is being shelled heavily with tear gas but Alhumdullilah people are there without any fear,” Mishi wrote. “Jazba is commendable Mashallah.”
The actress even took a jab at Imran’s ex-wife Reham, calling her out: “Reham Khan are you listening.”

While Maryam Nafees shared clips of police tossing heavy tear gas on the crowd.
“Air full of tear gas but spirits high as ever,” Maryam wrote.
Massive numbers are gathering in the capital for a long march to revive the PTI government. Men, women, children and even older generation is on their way to participate in the march. Despite the hurdles created by the police, the patriotism and valor of the nation have not budged an inch.
