After being heavily criticized by the netizens for her poor choice of clothes at the 75th annual Cannes Film Festival, Aishwarya Rai today has come in comparison with Pakistani actress Hania Aamir.
Fashion is a universal language but style is the one individual expression that makes a fashionista a trendsetter. With so many brands and even more designers, divas across the globe are spoilt for choices. But every once in a while, we see a fashion face-off where trailblazers are caught in either the same outfits or similarly styled looks.
Recently, we came across quite the similar look of Hania Aamir at her Parde Mein Rehne Do premier and Aishwarya Rai’s second-day Cannes look. Both the divas sported pink formal suits for their big events but we didn’t fail to notice the similarities.
The dresses are glaringly similar and the similarities are uncanny, even the pink tone of the color is the same.
However, Hania went for a sleek updo where as Ash left her tresses open. Hania fastened the buttons whereas Ash had left her buttons open.
The Ishqiya diva opted for kohl-clad eyes and glitzy earrings where as Rai went for liner-laden eyes but she ditched the gems.
Both look ravishing in their own way and own styles but the fashion police could not resist but to draw the comparison between the two.
