Netizen troll screenwriter of Suno Chanda and Chupke Chupke Saima Akram Chaudhry after she reveals that producers have no interesting making anymore seasons to her dramas.
Saima Akram Chaudhry is a famous Pakistani novelist and screenwriter. She is a creative storytelling, writing monthly short stories for Urdu Digest. The 36-year-old writer made a name for herself with drama serials Chupke Chupke, Ishq Jalebi, Hum Tum, Chaudhry & Sons and, of course, Suno Chanda. The latter became a superhit drama nationwide.
Saima’s claim to fame was Suno Chanda that paved the way for her in the showbiz industry. The show even spawned a Season 2.
These days, Saima is busy working on more projects but is always talking about Suno Chanda. She often encourages fans to promote her shows Hum Tum and Chupke Chupke. In return, she promised fans to produce sequels and even Season 3 for Suno Chanda.
“I am so overwhelmed by the response of my fans,” Saima wrote thanking fans for the success of Hum Tum. “This is the love I have been carrying since Suno Chanda Season 1. If my fans showered the same love for Hum Tum, and Chaudhry & Sons , this is my promise that I am going to write Suno Chanda Season 3. – for the love of Suno Chanda.”
Recently, Saima revealed that producers have no interest in making anymore sequels to her hit drama serials.
Netizens took to social media to troll the writer as many feel are tired of Saima Akram’s “same formulaic stories”. People criticize the writer for her lack of originality and felt that shows like Suno Chanda shouldn’t have multiple seasons.
