Audience felt “scammed” as a netizen complains people wanted a concert, not Hira Mani.
Recently, Jashn-e-Azadi event in London celebrating the 75th Independence Day of Pakistan. According to sources, the event was promoted as a concert. Instead, we got an award show with Hira Mani featured as a performer.
The audience felt mislead and “scammed”, expecting to see a proper music event. People’s disappointment was evident from a clip that went viral on social media. In the video clip, crowd is visibly unimpressed by Hira Mani’s performance, not participating in a sing-a-long during the song “Ja Tujhe Maaf Kiya”.
One netizen by the name Alia was present at the event. She took to social media to explain what happened during the event.
“This was a Pakistani Independence Day concert in London, where guests expected to hear a concert, they paid for. What ended up happening is they got scammed into coming into an award ceremony that consisted of 2+ hours of handing out awards that sponsors paid to receive,” Alia told a media outlet.
The crowd were least bothered about awards like “Best Hair Colorist”, “Best Law Firm” or “Best Meat Shop”. She further went on to explain that the crowd started booing each award announcement. And Hira Mani’s arrival further frustrated the masses.
“When giving best actress award, Hira comes out. The crowd already had enough at that point and wanted to see real singing instead of being harassed.”

Its shameful though that hira mani is not a singer how she can perform on jashne azadi concert at London.. the ppl must sue her and the organisers for this scam.
