‘Ye hai result ek heroine se shaadi karne ka’: KRK Blames Anushka Sharma For Virat Kohli’s Depression

The Indian actor and producer is convinced that the Bollywood actress is the reason behind Kohli’s poor performance.

Indian producer KRK blames Bollywood actress Anushka Sharma for Virat Kohli depression and poor form.

We all know the old saying, “Behind every successful man there stands a woman.” However, Indian actor and producer Kamal Rashid Khan (now Kamal Rashid Kumar or KRK) has his own version of the phrase. He believes that woman is also responsible for a man’s failure.

After dropping his surname ‘Khan’ and taking his wife’s surname ‘Kumar’, KRK blames Anushka Sharma for Virat Kohli suffering from depression.

KRK tweeted, “Virat Kohli is the first cricketer in India who is having a problem with depression. Ye hai result ek heroine se shaadi karne ka (This is the result of marrying an actor). She must have put in his head that he is having a depression problem.”

Although he has deleted the controversial tweet, KRK is adamant that the cause of Virat Kohli’s depression and poor form is because of Anushka Sharma. He goes on a rant, tweeting “how could a North Indian strong boy” like Virat suffer from depression.

Recently, Virat Kohli stated in an interview that he is suffering from depression and his well-being. The Indian cricket star admits to faking intensity on field during games to hide his current mental state.

Virat’s wife, Anushka Sharma, has yet to respond to KRK’s attacking tweets. However, this isn’t the first time the PK actress has been called out for Virat’s poor performance. A while back, Sunil Gavaskar took a jibe at the couple.

“When will I stop getting dragged into cricket and stop being used to pass sweeping statements?” Anushka said.
