The former couple Shahroze Sabzwari and Syra Yousuf’s most anticipated film Babylicious is on the brink of release after 12 years of delay. The lead stars are now on the roll for the promotional events for their five-year-long hard work. According to Syra Yousuf, the film is a ‘date’ movie to be watched with your partners whereas Shahroze says it’s a breakup family movie like Bollywood’s famous Devdas which can be watched by Amis, Abus, and Bajis.
The official trailer of this “happy breakup movie”, Babylicious is scheduled to be released tomorrow.
Babylicious, helmed by Essa Khan, has Syra Yousuf and Shahroze Sabzwari in lead roles. They will be playing each other’s love interest. The director hinted at the story of the film, revealing that it is a love story about ‘winning your ex back’.
Both of them were cast in this film when they were not divorced. Despite the divorce, Syra did not object to the fact that she will be doing a film with her ex-husband Shahroz, and she proved her professionalism and recorded the film till the end.
