A male doctor has gone viral for allegedly performing a “tongue-to-tongue test” on a female patient, sparking shock and outrage online.

Police in Mian Channu, Punjab, have arrested a gynecologist, identified as Dr. Rafiq Gujjar, following serious allegations of misconduct during a routine medical examination at a private clinic.

Following complaint from his wife, the husband shared record video, exposing the  degenarte individual who called himself a doctor.  In the video, he described how his wife was subjected to inappropriate conduct by the doctor during her check-up, while he was present in the room. The video quickly went viral, drawing attention from both local residents and authorities.

The husband alleged that the doctor performed what he called a “tongue-to-tongue test” on his wife, a procedure that is not recognized in standard medical practice. He questioned the legitimacy of the doctor’s actions and demanded accountability, stating in his video, “If it is a new test, tell the public. Otherwise, let me do the same to your wife, or accept your blunder.”

Police responded swiftly, detaining the doctor and registering a case against him under Section 376 of the Pakistan Penal Code, which deals with serious offenses. Authorities have confirmed that an investigation is underway and that all aspects of the case are being examined thoroughly. The doctor, now in police custody, has denied the allegations.

Local residents in Mian Channu have reported that there were previous complaints about the doctor’s behavior, but no action was taken until this incident gained public attention. The case has prompted activists and citizens to demand stricter oversight of private clinics and clearer guidelines to protect patients, especially women, from potential abuse or harassment during medical visits.
